Your Colorado Episcopal Cursillo Secretariat has been working very hard over the year to assess the status of Cursillo in Colorado. In July we worked through a self-evaluation process.
As we worked through the questions on the evaluation, several issues came to the forefront. From that process we believe that Cursillo is relevant to growth as a Christian on both the individual and community level. The movement in Colorado needs to be strengthened. In order to make Cursillo stronger in Colorado the following items need to be addressed:
We’ve added some new Secretariat members. They are:
Cyndi Willey – St. Joseph, Lakewood
Skip Hyde – St. Bartholomew, Estes Park
Chelli Sexton – Christ the King, Arvada
Alan McPeak – Church of Our Savior, Colorado Springs
Linda McPeak - Church of Our Savior, Colorado Springs
As part of our efforts to improve our communication, we’re initiating a new email communication program. If you are interested in receiving communication from the Colorado Cursillo, please do the following:
Go to www.cocursillo.org and register with your email address. (You can unsubscribe at any time). Whenever there is new information on the website, you’ll be notified via email.
It’s important for our community to come together and begin the work of strengthening Cursillo in Colorado. Contact the Secretariat (listed on the website) for more information or to volunteer to help with any of our upcoming projects. Above all, please PRAY for Cursillo in Colorado.
